Airbnb untersagt Sicherheitskameras innerhalb vermieteter Apartments. Bisher geltende Ausnahmeregelungen für bestimmte Bereiche werden abgeschafft. Das teilte das Unternehmen jetzt mit. Die neuen Vorgaben treten demnach am 30. April 2024 in Kraft. Ab dann dürfen in vermieteten Apartments auch keine Kameras in Gemeinschaftsbereichen wie Fluren oder Wohnzimmern mehr installiert sein.

Cybervorfall beim internationalen Währungsfonds und NHS

Mehrere große Organisationen sind Opfer von Cyberangriffen geworden. Beim internationalen Währungsfonds (IWF, oder auch International Monetary Fund, IMF) wurden kompromittierte E-Mail-Konten bemerkt. Der südschottische Zweig des englischen NHS berichtet ebenfalls von einer andauernden Cyberattacke. Währenddessen wurde  bekannt, dass das irische Covid-Impfportal unsicher konfiguriert war und unbefugten Datenzugriff erlaubte.
